        So far I had very good experience with United Rentals, but this is the first one with bad experience. The older guy from the receiving office was super rude, unloading guy super slow!

        Left a 5k warehouse lift at a walmart for us, they didn't leave a key with the lift. I called and they advised it would be noon until we got a key, or we could drive there and pick one up. Once we got a key " that the store loaned us from their lift" the lift was out of propane and the store had to loan us a propane bottle. The man who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and offered little. I would go with sunbelt... we do MILLIONS of dollars worth of business with these people...
