The worst customer service displayed today by the young hispanic female working the counter today. We ended up having to leave and go to another cricket store to pay our phone bill because of her stupidity, Inconsideration for other customers and her inability to make simple decisions correctly & not act like a circus monkey behind the counter. Please find someone who can perform the simple tasks of this job, she insisted on taking care of customer who needed a whole new phone service set up and new phone bought who wasn't in line when we came in but since he was in the store before us when she finished helping the other person she pulled in front of us to help she then insisted on helping him first even after we said we were just trying to pay our phone bill and the other customer said he was wanting new service and new phone hooked up we were in there 45 mins and she still hadn't finished and there was now 3 other people in the store and after we had just had 2 people not in line pulled in front of us by the cashier herself insisting on taking care of their long multi purchases and set up situations and we weren't sure if she was even going to help us next or insist on someone else again.
