Worst service ever. The sales experience was good but the Service Department is the worst I've ever seen. Lies upon lies and they don't care about you or your trailer. I would never recommend this dealer for anything. Our trailer has been there for a total of over 3 months this year. And 95% of that time it's sitting there with them doing nothing. Then they tell us parts are being ordered and when I talk to the manufacturer directly find out that's not true. We only get action when we involve KZ directly.

A family member of mine contracted rvs for less to sell his 5th wheel. They sold his RV in May and never paid him!! He called for a status update in September and rvs for less couldnt find his 5th wheel. It has been sold for over 4 months!! These guys are as dishonest as they come! Would never recommend them!

Got a call from the service manager today with some good dialog, we discussed what needed to be done to rectify my problems on my camper, He is knowledgeable in the business and expressed his concern for the problems I had, hopefully everything gets ironed out, Sales and parts are also easy to work with.
