It felt a whole lot less like dealing with a random realtor and alot more like I was being helped by a family friend. Extremely friendly person and she gave me more information then she was made to just so I would understand things better and not be worried. If it wasnt for her I likely wouldnt have bought a house until I was well into my 30s but she made the process a whole lot less scary and a lot less intimidating. If you live in the grangeville kamiah kooskia cottonwood nez perce and all the areas around those towns she would be the only person I personally would ever go to to get a house. Highly recommend her as a realtor.

Working with Nikkoal was awesome. As Realtors we always want to put our clients first and Nikkoal did this wonderfully. She respected my representation of the sellers while ethically representing her buyers. Other agents could learn from her work ethics.

My husband and I have been dipping our feet into owning land/ home every time we saw place we liked we would call Nikkoal to show. She always was there to assist letting us know all the good and bad! After about couple years looking we finally found something and she was there to assist with EVERYTHING! I never knew buying could be so easy. I know Nikkoal did a lot behind the scenes to make this so easy! And a personal bonus to my husband and I we gained an awesome friend.
