I am a new customer of Verizon and when I was in a jam, they helped me out. I was able to get a phone fairly quickly and staff were very knowledgeable and professional.
I would like to give a special thanks to Casey for all of his help when I needed it.
If I had one gripe, it would be the price of having a single line compared to having multiple lines. Its quite pricey but the quality is much better than other phone companies. All in all, I'm happy to be with Verizon.

came in to talk about a business plan after calling 3 times and was told they couldn't help me until next week. well I'm sure someone else will. I get you couldn't help immediately but next week?
now ive come in to return some screen protectors that they sold me and we're the wrong size. been 45 minutes and still waiting
