I hate to leave bad reviews and actually have been coming to this salon for years and have normally loved them. Today was the 3rd time Ive made an actual appointment instead of just walking in. I called the morning of and made the appointment to make sure there was time before driving from Meridian, I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time with 4 people waiting to start their service and one tech there.
When I asked if someone else was coming in because I had called and made an apointment, she said she just called them. The owner and another tech thats always there came out, but started servicing the people that walked in before someone who had called and made an actual appointment.
I work in the beauty industry and understand walk-in vs appointments, but I actually made an appointment this time because I have other things to do today. I wasnt going to show up at 10:30 and wait for 3 pedicures and a manicure to finish before me.
Youre better off just walking in to this nail salon than make an appointment. Regrettably I need to find a new salon.

My nails were done very poorly. I got them done Thursday, and today is Sunday. I payed 100$ for these, I definitely got ripped off. Will not be coming back.

($105+ for a fill!?)I usually come here for pedicures. I came in today for an acrylic fill. I had the design i wanted already on my nails just wanted a different color. (Ombre with chrome over top)The guy tried to do it(ombre) and couldn't do it so instead he did a French tip. At that point i didn't have much of a choice(i guess i could have just stopped there and left?) So he went on and did a terrible French tip. And the chrome ( i wanted over the ombre). I let him know i did not like it when he was doing the first hand. He said it would be too much to take the polish off and start over. He said at that point it was like ordering a cup of coffe drinking most of it and returning it. The reality is he should have said he didn't know how to do what I wanted and saved us both the embarrassment. I don't like to argue I usually wouldn't say anything but they're just bad. He charged me 55$ i paid it.for nails im going to get fixed elsewhere because even the shape is bad. I wish he would have just said he didn't know how to do it. I won't go there again... and now I'm going to pay another 50$ at least to get my nails fixed. I never complain when i make the choice of what i want and it doesn't turn out how it did in my head but this was absolutely not what i asked for. Should i have just got up when he couldn't do the design?
