I cannot say enough amazing things about Jentry! She was referred to me by a dear friend and I am so grateful for that referral because she made our home buying experience not only enjoyable, she was the reason we ended up in our dream home! Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping people find the perfect home is so apparent, and she is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I completely trusted her along the process and it paid off. She was so flexible and accommodating as we looked at dozens of homes. Because of her own experience and the fact that her husband is a home inspector, her knowledge on builders, building materials, and ideal neighborhoods in the Boise and Treasure Valley area was invaluable. She really stepped up for us in a tricky situation that ultimately saved us from buying a home that wouldn't have been a good fit and allowing us to buy and move into the home of our dreams. Her husband inspected our home without us being there in person, and I felt so good knowing we were in wonderful hands. Highly recommended - I won't be able to say enough good things! Jentry helped us recently with the sale of our home and made sure the entire process was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. At every step of the way, she used her expertise and knowledge to represent our best interests as sellers. Prior to taking our business, she took the time to educate us in several areas to make sure we made our best decisions moving forward. Jentry truly listened to and respected our preferences and answered our questions. She worked with us to ensure no surprises would come up during the buyer home inspection and used her own eye for design/staging and knowledge of buyer preferences to help set up our home for its best showing. Jentry is hands down the most efficient and knowledgeable realtor we have ever work with. She is hard working, detail oriented, good with people, and has a knack for closing the sale. Jentry handled with efficiency many different general real estate duties for us including preparing our listing and writing specs, preparing our home for visits, coordinating visits, negotiating rates, and other tasks.
