        Garrett is the BEST realtor and exactly what we needed as we listed our home and moved out of the area. I would highly recommend Garrett to all our friends and family. He is honest, reliable and an overall good person. He is simply the best and went above and beyond for us!! After getting the inspection repair list Garrett personally completed several of the items that we would have done ourselves but couldn't due to the fact that we didn't live in the area anymore. Not only did he save us money on repairs he also helped find a handyman and HVAC guy so we could complete other needed repairs before closing. Then the week of closing (after we thought all needed repairs were done) Garrett was told our Instant Hot water tank wasn't working like we thought. Before even notifying me, he purchased and installed a new Instant Hot water tank for us. We were then able to move right into closing without any problems. What a relief and a blessing it was to have Garrett as our realtor!! Truely there for us every step of the way!!
