    Received my order from them a week ago and one of the shoes arrived damaged. I have tried emailing them per the instructions on their website 3 times in the last week, have not received a response. I want my money back for the product I won't be able to wear. Bad customer service!

    I bought a pair of boots and there to small and I want to exchange but all sources thru email and phone calls and a letter to the return distribution for a return label have failed. No one has gotten back to me and it's been over 3 weeks. Not 5 star service very disappointed in this company

    I did not have a great experience at all. My exchange pair of shoes came with blue marker on the side. Very disappointed with my entire experience from start to finish. Ill write them off as a loss as I had already exchanged a previous pair for them and dont wish to spend the time exchanging items. I will never shop here again. I wouldnt even give 1 star but you have to in order or leave a review. Sincerely dissatisfied.

    Fantastic customer service! I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had. I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

You are more than welcome to return it. As stated in our return policy, we pay for the shipping back of any shoes that are damaged. If you'd like to email us a photo of the shoe, we would be more than happy to send you over a label and start the process of getting a new pair headed your way. Your order from Sept 23 was for a sale shoe. Originally $99.95, with a sale price of $59.95. As stated in our sale section header, our return policy online and the return policy on your packing slip, sale items are eligible for store credit only. We also referenced the policy on Sept 29 in an email to you. Additionally, on your packing slip you had written 'please issue a refund or store credit'. You had reached out later, expressing your disappointment in receiving the store credit option and stated the below:'That’s unfortunate. No worries I was able to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction in an online review as well as I will share with all of my circle of friends not to shop your store due to this policy.'Have a wonderful day and we hope you are able to find a shoe store that better fits your needs.
