Summit Apartments

I have lived here 2.5 years now and I love my cozy little apartment. I have worked with Samantha, the apartment manager, a lot lately and she is so quick to respond and so helpful. Maintenance is also great and quick to respond. Its hard to find a decently priced apartment in Pocatello that is in a good neighborhood and allows pets so I would definitely recommend living here.

After 1 month looking for a nice apartment, im happy to found this beautiful, clean , safety neighborhood apartment for my daugther, i feelt relax everytime i go inside, i love the design spacious, i will rate 5stars

I recently moved to Summit, after a long and exhausting search for apartments in Pocatello, if I seriously agree that I made a very good choice with Summit since the other apartments we saw are old and have a base price but many extra charges that in the end The rent ends up being exaggerated in relation to what they offer. This does not happen at Summit, the apartments are very well designed, space is used a lot, a modern design and a very pleasant atmosphere

We've lived in this apartment complex for a few months now and have had a positive experience. The location is great, and the newly-updated interior makes it very comfortable and bright. We've only had to put in one maintenance request so far, and it was quickly responded to. It's convenient to use the app to view and pay bills. Overall, would recommend!

Lived here for 2 years but forced to moved somewhere else because they asked us to pay almost 2k to stay in our old unit. When we asked them if we can move to a new refurbished one (because we were paying the same amount as the new renters with refurbished unit) they refused. We decided to move into a better and newer place and that didnt stop them from being a shark and stealing our security deposit. We called and were told that we would get it back in full if we cleaned it decent, in addition to the fact that they were going to completely rip the place out anyway. After seeing they lied, and charged us nearly the entire deposit, they continued to be dishonest and say that they never promised us our deposit back despite the unit looking absolutely spotless. Safe to say we are glad to be gone. Good luck to anyone looking at staying here: You will be working with some of the most deceitful people in management ever, and we highly recommend STAYING THE HECK AWAY FROM HERE if you value your living space, money, and peace of mind.
