The people working here are so incredibly helpful. We were dealing with a very unresponsive insurance company and they continued to reach out to make sure that things were being taken care of. Absolutely incredible customer service. The work they did on the vehicle was great as well, but the help with the insurance really puts them on another level. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Teel did a really good job overall. There were some hiccups, but mostly just some miscommunication that Amy was very helpful with. She definitely helped me understand things better without being completely rude. She was honest and straight forward about things and I have to say I appreciated that very much. I think the only things I was slightly worried about is the alignment and the clear bra. Both things not in teels control so no fault to them there. Not even Toyota has the proper alignment rack or weights to align my car.. only bwm of idaho falls seems to have 100 percent of what's needed to do it. I'm still learning my car so I have to rely on others to make sure my car is 100 percent. It's tough in pocatello when majority don't know the car. Teel however made sure my car learned nearly brand new again. Would recommend them and deal with Amy as much as possible. She was awesome. Mike's cool too.
