        The sales department at Phil Meador Subaru was great when I bought my new 3020 Crosstrek. So no issue there. A recent issue with the MySubaru app (now going on two months) has me scrambling between the service call center that Im forwarded to, and the Phil Meador service department. Twice Ive been told to bring my car in to have this DCM module looked at and twice Ive picked up my car up with no fix. I like my partially functioning Subaru, but come on techs. The PROV-A error needs to be fixed.

        I have been going to Phil Meador Subaru for buying my Subaru's and for maintenance services. They are always accommodating to my needs (if I am waiting, need a loaner car, to if I am thirsty or hungry). Great service!!
