I moved from Arizona and use healthwest on 8th Street in Pocatello. My Dr, Dr Fletcher, is amazing. Very thorough with addressing all my medical needs and got me on the right medications and referrals sent out for my health issues. Her nurse that helps her, and the women in the lab are amazing.

When I scheduled my appointment there I was explained that it was the clinic up on ISU's campus. Nonetheless though showing up at 8:50 at the ISU clinic got redirected to the health West clinic I was supposed to go to. My appointment was at 8:50. I showed up at the correct clinic and got signed in at 9:00 a.m. exactly. The doctor still refused to see me. That is not how a doctor should take care of their patients.

After a bad experience with zuzanna fletcher, I made another appointment with their new Dr Cory. I felt heard and for the first time by any Dr, i felt comfortable with the direction he is currently working me towards. I don't take meds and he was sure to ask me if I wanted them before just prescribing them and I truly do appreciate it.
