Love Oak mountain dental! One of the best dental places. The friendly staff at front desk are very helpful! Dr Jake Richards and assistant were very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and very thorough and quick with the works. The process is done quicker than I expected. I surely will refer family and friends.

My visit to Oak Mountain Dental was... okay. It didn't leave a lasting impression, and overall, it felt a bit outdated. The intake forms felt excessive, asking for lots of unnecessary information. Moreover, I had to remind my hygienist to brush my teeth after she sat me up, thinking the cleaning was complete, which was concerning. The overall atmosphere felt impersonal. The dentist I saw was pleasant (Brandon). There was a lack of engagement from the hygienist that made the visit pretty dull. Additionally, my husband's concern about a rough tooth surface was overlooked after mentioning it to both the hygienist and the dentist, which left us feeling like the staff was disengaged. Although Dr. Richards apologized to my husband for forgetting, the experience felt lackluster, especially considering the high ratings. Perhaps it was just an off or sleepy day for the staff at Oak Mountain.

Oak Mt. Dental was wonderful. I broke a toot and they took me right in. They were friendly and the procedure was pain free. I went home with a new cap and a smile.

They were able to schedule my cleaning quickly and everything went so smoothly. A beautiful, comfortable location, with nice, efficient people!
