        Wow, 37 buck for hair cut and style on dirty hair. There was no shampooing hair at all. They never told me cost for a style. Just lied. Never again!!! I pay $25 for haircut, style and shampoo at a real salon. Just tried to save time going here. Complete shock!!!

        The staff was very nice and friendly however, I asked for a trim with a little face framing in the front. The first thing that kinda bothered me is that she just started cutting without asking me how much I wanted off. Thankfully she didnt cut too much off. I didnt notice until I got home and looked in the mirror that she butchered the face framing.

        Their app is always way off on time, it is always much longer! Example: today I pulled up and the app said 8 minutes, walked in and it changed to 23. Hair wasn't cut for another 30 minutes. They werr offby almost an hour. The people who work there don't seem to care either about off they are. Overall very disappointing experience. I would suggest going somewhere else unless you have tons of free time.
