        My wife and I love Black swan inn! This is our 3rd year in a row staying here. Our first time was the Egyptian room which had unique amenties like the massage table, two person tub. The second time we stayed in was the Mayan room which was also a great experience. The built in waterfall and tv next to the tub made for a fun experience. This time we are staying in the Black Swan Garden, which has a beautiful tub and atmosphere. Everyone we have stayed the staff are always so kind and go above and behind to make our stay memorable. The food whether it be the free breakfast or the upgrade to Olivers is yummy and filling! The pricing is extremely reasonable, worth every penny for the experience. We will definitely continue to stay here! Thank you Blaxk Sean inn for making our anniversaries wonderful!

        This is our third visit to Black Swan inn and we are planning to come back for many many more visits. The rooms are amazing and perfectly on theme every time. We've stayed in the Egyptian, Myan rainforest, and now the black swan garden. You will not be disappointed by the care and detail put into every aspect of your stay. The staff have always been incredibly kind and accommodating. The front desk guy even remembered us from our previous stay almost a year ago. You cannot go wrong, I highly recommend it!!

        First time as guests and we stayed in the Black Swan Garden room. Absolutely loved the attention to detail in the murals on the walls. Incredible! Very warm and cozy, the star lights above the bed were awesome. Very clean, immaculate and quiet. We think there were other guests above us on our second night and maybe under us as well but couldn't be sure. Planning to return as soon as we can and try a different suite, preferably the Cave! Rooms: Room was fabulous! Safety: Safety is great as you get your own code for the door. No keys/cards to keep track of. Lighting is well done. Walkability: Only downside is there a quite a few steps all through the room. Only one or two getting into the room, one to get into the bed, two to the kitchen and bathroom.

        Sorry was not impressed,,everything went wrong at least you could of refunded me or gave me a free night for all the trouble the room had ,, but nothing so until then I'll keep spreading the word.
