    Was told they would install our internet between 8-5. Then we were told it was going to be between 2:30-6:30. We hadnt heard anything all day, and at 7:30 finally chatted with an online agent after them deciding not to show up or contact us. The agent said we would have to reschedule and the nearest availability was two weeks from now!!! These people clearly dont want business if they are not going to show up and do their jobs.

    Hasnt been the fastest internet but has met my needs for the internet. But its been about 5 days since I havent had internet idk why I called customer services on the 2nd day of no service and the rep was diagnosing it over the phone. He had me check wires etc. everything checked out, so he determined it was an issue that required a visit from tech. While he was trying to set up an appointment the call dropped and he never called back, probably because it was 20 minutes to quitting time since I called after I got off work. He even got my number at the beginning of the call so he can call me back if the call dropped! Needless to say the lack of phucks it seems they have when an issue arises that you have is meaningless to them Im probably switching providers next payday. 2 stars because it seem reliable with an occasional dropped connection here and there over 4 years.

    We tried to get internet from CenturyLink because at first we thought it was the best deal. We found out they make you either buy or rent their modem (which suggests that in our neighborhood it is actually cable, not fiber as advertised). We proceeded anyway. On our 1st scheduled installation date, the technician never showed up. No phone call, just a text saying our installation was canceled. We got online with customer service (which actually promptly responded!) and rescheduled. On our second installation date, the technician came a day early, then surprised us with a text letting us know we werent home. Strange, we thought we were again no call. We got online again, and they said we could reschedule in 2 weeks. We declined. We paid and never got any internet. But Im giving them 2 stars for refunding us and having a responsive online chat service.

    The worst place to get internet! I was rescheduled twice because they couldn't get my address right, but the tech who installed my cable had no problem finding my house. I didn't receive a call or text about a tech coming to my house to install my internet, and I sat and waited all day. I had to call them to see if he was still coming. Then to find out they didn't even assign a tech for my order! They were going to help me but had to reschedule me, and I had to wait another week! After rescheduling me, they wanted me to pay upfront! Smh, I didnt know getting Wi-Fi was going to be this complicated. To make matters worse, they wouldnt let me speak, they would rudely interrupt me. Worse phone etiquette ever! Never going to recommend anyone to this company.
