Sonic Drive-In

Came to pick up a door dash and were told it would be right out. We waited for over 45 minutes and had to go to the door just to be told they had no clue what was going on with the order over 45 minutes later. I wouldnt recommend anyone eating here. This has happened almost every time we come here.

Omg they gave me an old hot dog that was rubbery. I know it was late at night but they don't car. Not going there anymore.

I am extremely annoyed with the service I have received. I am pregnant and have randomly been craving Sonic food. Today I came and got a simple order of tater tots and a blue raspberry slush with nerds. I asked for the nerds in the slush three separate times! When I got the slush it did not have nerds and I had to come back around the driveway to get it. Then when I got home I noticed I wasnt given a straw. This is simple and basic customer service. This isnt the only time Ive had poor service. I came yesterday and ordered a cheeseburger and asked for no cheese twice and when it was brought out the worker told me there was no cheese. I got home and there was cheese! American cheese makes me sick normally and it doesnt help with pregnancy hormones. I came last week with my mom and the worker was disgustingly rude to us. She was super impatient, super moody and when we were given our food and my mom asked if there was fry sauce she rolled her eyes and told us there were too. When my mom asked if we could have more she stormed off and brought us more like it was annoying we were requiring her do her job.
