DO NOT do business with this company. I needed to return sprinkler heads that would not work with our system. They charged me a 10% restocking fee to walk not more than 10 feet over to the shelf to place it back on the shelf where it was taken off. Then I ordered the correct sprinkler heads, it took about 2 weeks to get them in, they called and when I went to pick them up, they had a sign on the door stating they were closed for inventory, this was a Friday, they are closed for business on Saturdays. I was not happy since I was not informed that they would be closed on a normal business day to conduct an inventory count. So, a week later I am in town again, (I live an hour away), to pick up my sprinkler heads only to find out that the store manager said they have been sitting for 2 weeks without being picked up so they were sold. Are you kidding me!!!
