This company bought our property a year ago...WORST!!! Company I've ever had to endure they told us they were gonna fix up our apartment absolutely nothing has been done then when they came in for a "building inspection" a few days later trying to charge us 140+ dollars for smoking when none of us smoke in that house the pipes need redone and the previous maintenance person even told them it needs totally redone but then what to increase rent with out upgrading anything on the property I would suggest any other company then these scum to rent from I've spoken to multiple tenants that are in the process of going to court with these trashy people look else where

Don't even rent from these people..fine examples of humanity..money grubbers my friend is getting the shaft..what's this world coming to!..a. Real slum lord management.someone should take this management to court!!..they don't and will promise to fix things..but won't you're rent WILL KEEP GOING UP! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I live right next door the the Pocatello, Idaho offices. We had a massive winter storm pass through. Axiom had a team of people blow the office lot. 2 snowblowers, a 4 wheeler with a plow, and a truck with a plow. I shoveled what I could, but the snow is wet and heavy. We've only had 2 cars get stuck so far...
