        I am not this person, but she foolishly let me have her Google login. :) This is my first EVER Google review! The Rupert branch of First Federal earns a 3 star rating. That is a good average of the FIVE STARS for having delightful and amazing staff members who deliver the greatest most helpful service and the ONE STAR for having the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. Get new chairs and give me a call so I can change my review.

        Absolute worst service and follow up Ive had. Long time first federal customer and Carmen at this branch was truly disappointing. She couldnt be bothered to even show up at the branch when she told me she was going to, let alone call me back or reach out to me at times she had scheduled to do so. I would avoid the Rupert first federal branch at all costs. Would be a one star based solely off Carmen but the institution outside of her has treated me well.
