Very rude and unprofessional was the sales floor manager Josh, his way of tactics of speaking was very rude and belittling. Made me want to get up and walk out. Besides his awful negative attitude everyone else was friendly.

Came into get my oil changed! I waited while they did it! Had a couple concerns and Kyle took care of all of it! While Waiting Randy (who is amazing) ask if I wanted anything to drink! Also we just chatted about life when he wasn't busy! He is a very devoted service manager and friend!!! Everyone there Always willing to help in anyway!!!

(update April 4 2023) I was getting some food and watched an employee throw trash out of a pickup he was moving, so disrespectful. These guys don't care about the town, so not cool. (Update June 2022) Took a friend truck shopping, I stayed silent the whole time to see if they have changed. I didn't want to influence the experience, so I didn't say anything to my friend about my former experience. They have not changed a bit. My buddy was quite put off by their slick talking sales man. He shined him on so bad that my friend said to me after we left, "I felt like I was talking to a 1970s greasy used car dealer!" I observed that the sales staff is desperate, it really shows in how they act and talk. They are pushy and use those fake tactics like "Floor manager" and getting another salesman involved so you don't escape. They are the kind of place that will say whatever they think you want to hear so you buy from them. My buddy paid cash for a new truck elsewhere because of the salesman. As did I in 2021 for the same reason. Advice for the dealership. It's 2022, get with the times and simply be honest and look people in the eye. As a company that is not local, and doesn't understand Idahoan attitude, learn to read the room. Confrontational attitudes will loose a sale more often than not. Twin Falls people just want honesty and not a desperate pushy salesman. (old post from 2021)These guys want to argue and act like they own the whole town. High pressure and tons of hype. Never going back recommend no one do business with them.
