Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The young lady who helped me made the pick up process painless. She was very thorough making sure all the dents and scratches were marked, so I wouldn't be responsible for them. I expressed a smell from someone smoking in the car she asked if I wanted a different car and also said if the smell became too strong to bring the car back and trade it in. Returning the car was also painless, I just left the keys at the repair shop. I really liked that I didn't have to wait around to get the car inspected. That was a great surprise. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise Thanks you Enterprise in Alsip for a great experience.

Terrible service! I called the day before to confirm and to tell them that I did not have time to wait like I did at another Enterprise and after them telling me I was all set they still had no cars available. They then told use it would be ready in an hour and they would call, but I received no phone call. I will be calling corporate about this issue as it is the 2nd time within a month that this has happened at 2 different locations.
