Hawthorn at Oakhurst

Kevin came by the other day to fix some things around my home and let me tell you guys the maintenance team here is truly amazing. They not only fix the request but if they see something or you forgot to tell them about something they will fix it on the spot. A very nice team. My whole experience here has been amazing. Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming. Love Ms. Vanessa! Very wonderful person. Everything is nice and clean from the office to the buildings. This place truly makes you feel at home. They are very family oriented as well. The office hosts a lot of events for adults and children which I love. Very wonderful place.

Recently just moved in this month and Vanessa has provided nothing but prompt and excellent service. Answers every question in a timely manner and oversaw my move in process was smooth as possible. A big thank you to the maintenance team for being prompt and on top of every service request I have. Thank you everyone down at the leasing office for all your help and warm welcomes.

Kevin is the BEST! Very prompt, respectful, and does a great job completing any maintenance work that arises. Even when we need something as simple as a new lightbulb, he stops in to change it without making us submit a work order. We really appreciate everything that Kevin does for not only us but the community! Thank you so much for everything you do Kevin, as well as the rest of the Oakhurst staff :)

Been living here with my fianc for quite a while now and honestly its been the best experience ever. The neighbors are nice, office people are very nice, especially Vanessa, always being the first to greet people at the door and willing to help out any way she can. The amenities are very well maintained and overall good quality. Maintenance responds to service requests pretty quickly and they're very informative. Only downside id have to say is some pet owners leave their dogs dookie all over the grass on the side walk. Ive seen some people just let their dogs poop on the grass and they don't pick it up even though theres a doggy station every few yards so residents can pick up their pets poop. But overall its a very nice and peaceful place to live at
