    I received a letter dated June 29th from AAA membership services stating that they were not going to renew my membership because of "disproportionate user of services." My husband and I have the RV plus membership, and we only use it once or twice a year at the most for the occasional tow. Our limit is 4 tows a year. My husband and I have been members since 2009, and I was a member with my mother since 1997. That is over 25 years of membership. When I called the number on the letter, a representative named Maria, P67717 stated that there were no appeals and that I needed to find a new roadside assistance service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there is no one she could put me through to. I explained that I had been a long-time member and that I was also a AAA credit card holder and she said that was fine but that I could not speak to anyone else. Not only was her response rude and unempathetic, I cannot believe that is how any staff would treat a customer. I plan on cancelling my AAA credit card as well. I am so offended by how we were treated.

    AAA is absolutely useless. I called to get a jumpstart and provided my information (location, car info, etc.). The location link sent via text did not work so I had to provide the exact same information already provided to the representative who FINALLY answered. After being placed on hold again for upwards of 10 minutes, the representative came back on and said, "we can't provide service at this time, and we don't have a timeframe of when we can." Umm, what? What is the point of paying for roadside assistance if it is not going to be provided? The representative offered up nothing else except, "you can try and get service on your own and then submit for a reimbursement." So, if I can get service on my own then what would be the point of calling AAA? I did call the first towing service that came up in a Google search, and someone answered after two rings. I asked if they provided jumpstart service and explained my situation. He was there in less than five minutes. How hard did AAA actually try to find service? Absolutely useless.

    After years of paying too premium membership on time no problems and never having problems with my membership great service I too have became a victim of corporate greed and new management got stranded 2 weeks ago on toll road but off safely to side Called for service at 626 pm told a flatbed tow truck would be there by 815 pm guess what 815 come no tow truck waited until 835 called told on way running behind be there in 15/20 minutes lies after waiting another hour and calling back no answer from my phone had to use someone elses and they answered then lied again saying you were given wrong time by 2 reps Lol say it shouldve been 930 almost 3 hours later I say look at time lady its 945 and still no tow she calls them multiple times no answer.Guess what nobody called or showed until the next day but I got a tow on my own disappointment and was going to cancel but they sent me a letter stating they decided to cancel but no reason do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !!!!

    I HAD been a member of AAA for 6 years when they decided not to send me notices that my bill was due. So I called. They said my account is closed and can not be reopened. Let's Go AAA, you are worse than Brandon. They also asked if I would take a survey, which they never called me with. AAA Sucks BIG time If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware!
