Please don't waste your time with ignorant people!!!! The name of the representative that "helped" us was Lydia. We were trying to get a credit card. We explicitly asked her if we should first open a checking account with the bank in order to guarantee the credit card. Well... she said "That never counts"... "Don't worry, you don't need to open a debit/checking account"... She then proceeded to apply (ran our credit) and guess what... we didn't get the approval!! What was the official reason: "Not sufficient money with the bank"... Are you kidding me?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Missing Money Went to withdrawal my rent near closing and the machine gave $100 short, the bills were crumpled so the counter couldn't count them. The teller counted them by hand, and his voice even sounded in question when he stopped 100 short after counting but didn't say anything after or mention a problem. I returned 10 minutes later due to the shortage and the teller not only claimed that he had given me the full amount, but also said his drawer was $100 short. I had to wait 3 days for the audit call to have 1 more day of my time wasted only to be told that their records that were previously $100 short was balanced and that they believe I was given the full amount! You look at the camera for a hand count. Not computer records. It sounds to me that my 100 got stuck in the counter due to crumpled bills but the counter registered the full amount(even record result, +100 actual), the teller noticed, then after I left pulled out 100 out of their drawer and that would explain the drawer being 100 short(-100 on record). It was my $100 that got stuck in the machine that balanced your records after the money was removed and counted(-100 record +100 off record= balanced record)
