Mike and Dave were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained everything. Once we decided on a vehicle the process was QUICK which I very much appreciated - no sitting around for hours! Would definitely recommend buying a car from Enterprise!

Best used car buying experience ever!! 2nd used car I have purchased from Enterprise. In 45 min, Mike Hogan had me processed and out the door with 2020 Spark, including test drive and detailing. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

I did not properly do my research. I only researched Enterprise Auto Sale. Enterprise made promises they did not keep. Once the dotted line was signed, it was difficult to talk with someone. I was told I had a week to trade in my purchased. when I attempted to take advantaged of this promise, I was told that it was not possible. The engine light illuminated a day after purchase. The true reason I wanted to trade is because I wanted a premium car which would have cost more. I found an identical car with less miles for the same price. I also a newer model car for the same price and less miles. Also, Enterprise wants you to pay the transfer fees which increased the price up to $2,500. I discover other car sale facilities don't have this fee. I purchased a car from Enterprise Auto Sales in Aurora, IL. Other big name auto sale group has the same cars that is negotiable. There is no negotiation with Enterprise Auto Sales.
