Had issue with trxting on my Samsung Galaxy 22+.Took over 15 min to talk to anyone and they tried reseting the mobile and swapping Sim card. Neither worked. Had to reinstall Google messages.

Extremely bad service, the supposedly "mobile expert" know nothing about technology and issue resolution. I brought a BYOD Samsung Watch 4 for standalone 4G/LTE, despite trying for 2 days several hours each day they were not able to activate network. In the end they asked to change my watch with Apple watch or an older Samsung watch 3. Later I was able fix the activation issue following instruction from a web forum post and getting esim QR code from T-Mobile customer support after an effort of one week, multiple support calls and useless visits to two T-Mobile stores.

I went to the fox valley T-mobile yesterday, I was curious about having the music changed of something that I like to listen to. Asking wont hurt so I have asked the employee can I changed the music ? He of course said yes the music have to be clean. I have placed old school temptations the little things matters to me because he did not have to let me change the music and said absolutely not
