I paid over 200 dollars for this service to do a deep cleaning of my parents home before my mother was to go for major surgery. The cleaners not only showed up late, but also cleaned 4 out of the 6 requested rooms and then left. The deep cleaning package claims that the fridge and oven where to be cleaned, which where not. This service is unprofessional and a scam. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Service: Deep clean

Vanessa arrived late. I had discussed with both Jose when making the appointment as well as Vanessa at the time we did our walk through the focus should be the oven and fridge. I had already swept, vacuumed and mopped the downstairs prior to her arriving. When she did finally arrive and I did a walk through with her she verbalized she understood the goal for the move out clean. When I checked back in 4 hours later, she was not even cleaning the kitchen, the downstairs floors looked worse, with a layer of film and footprints, she never vacuumed or even returned to the upstairs, the oven was not clean, the fridge was not clean and in addition to this all, while trying to work that day I received over a dozen phone and text calls from Vanessa, Jose and Gil. In the end, I had to clean the oven grills myself, hire a new service to clean the house, and the company still charged me in full. I was offered an additional 2 hours of service, but after how disruptive the service was the day prior I declined. I had hoped that this would make my move out less stressful, but it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Service: Moving clean

I booked this cleaning company to do a move in clean. I booked it 4/27 for a cleaning on 5/14. I told made it clear when I was booking that it was a move in clean and that I had movers coming in the next day to move things into our new home. Not a problem they said, it would be about a three/four hour clean for two people. About a week later the date of our closing moving up so I called to see if they had any earlier appointments, they didn't which was fine, but I did remind them and confirm that the cleaning was scheduled for 2-3pm on the 15th. On the 15th, 2pm comes around and there are no cleaners. Wait until three and still nothing. Of course we had just closed on the place so we were running around trying to get things in the house squared away and I didn't look at the time. I got a text at 3:03 saying, "Hello we be there by 4. Our vacuum broke down thanks". So I waiting until 4:10 when no one was here to follow up. Got no response to the text. At 4:44 I called to see what was going on, and I was told that they would look into it. About five minutes afterwards the cleaner, Vanessa, turned up and said that they hadn't given her a partner for the job and she was here on her own. Then she commented that for a move in clean she wouldn't be able to do the clean herself as it would be two people for five hours. So we talked about alternatives to the cleaning, either doing what she could then and there or just postponing a few days. Issue with postponing was that we had furniture, clothes, and food all arriving the day. She gave us the options and then went out to call the company to talk with them about the options. When she came back she told us that the person they had scheduled to work with her had a flat tire, so wouldn't be coming. I was on the phone with the company as well trying to work it all out, they were saying that the other cleaner had been in a bad car accident. So in the space of thirty minutes I had four conflicting versions of the truth as to why the cleaners were both late and only half of what we needed. We talked to Vanessa and determined that the fridge and half of the kitchen was all she could achieve in the amount of time (It was now beyond 6:30pm) that she had, so we let her get on with it so we could at least put our food away in a clean fridge the next day. After watching her work a little we could see that while she was cleaning a lot of things, the clean wasn't very good and she wasn't going fast at all. With the speed that she was cleaning the kitchen probably would have been a three/four hour job alone. Two days later I called to cancel the service that I had rescheduled for Tuesday due to the terrible experience I had with the company and the poor quality of cleaning that was completed. I was asked multiple times if I would keep the booking in they offered a discount which I refused saying all the issues that I had in the last few days. Two days after that I get a charge on my card for $244. The original quote that I had received was for $398, but that was for two cleaners and the entire house. I have tried to call the company and I get told to text them. I have done that and I would like text in response of a call back immediately. I did not receive the service that I was charged for, and I had to pay someone (HNL Cleaning Services, highly recommend) to come and redo the work that had been completed the night before.
