Scheduled an appointment to tour the venue. I attempted to call several times to confirm my appointment, no answer. The day of my appointment the doors were closed and no one answered the phone/door. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Outstanding ambiance for my wedding and even better day-of execution! This venue made for an outstanding backdrop to my ceremony and reception, providing beautiful photos. Exposed brick, wooden floors and steel beams for receptions/ceremony and a complete transformation into an elegantly lite Irish Pub for cocktail reception. Staff was perfectly attentive, and the bartenders elevated the atmosphere. Also, the food was absolutely delicious (which how often can you say that at a wedding!) I was lucky enough to have Gabrielle as my event coordinator and she went above and beyond during the entire process. She was very responsive and helpful in decision making, and day-of she was there from beginning to end, making sure everything was exactly as I envisioned. There were a few bumps along the way with pricing and changes in guarantees/policy however this was largely due to a changing of hands and very fair compromises were put in place. My wedding day was so beautiful, fun, and memorable, I would absolutely recommend Loft 28 West.
