for $10 a month, it does great for me, It is budget friendly. It is also a perfect location too and the workers are nice. I really like coming really early in the morning or late at night because it can get crowded. But if you know how to work out and do different modifications just incase a machine might be out of service or too busy. It is honestly perfectly fine. I ALWAYS get a great workout in!

I had a nightmare of a time trying to cancel my planet fitness in Villa park by a customer challenged manager named Angel. i went in multiple times to cancel and their staff was unaware how to execute it. After paying literally for over 3 years Without using the facility due to covid and my injuries , i got lucky and the manager was in. She allegedly cancelled me. i asked for a receipt and she stated that they did not give one, but rest assure i was cancelled. But that wasn't the case. They were hitting my credit card up again. I called them about the continued charge. angel stated i was to return back to cancel in person and pay late fees. i stated i did not want to come in for fear of going postal. 30 mins later i get a call from the villa park police about a threat . The police stated it was not a threat as i said i did not want to come in!! But none the less , now i cant go to the location per police order, which is required. Now this is when i get hold of the aurora planet fitness and OMG night and day difference when it comes to customer service. They were very helpful and understanding and guided me on what to do to cancel. I had my girlfriend go in with a letter from me which she recorded on her phone. i called angel the next day to confirm my cancellation and she stated the letter needed to be mailed and she didn't- like i wrote my letter on my business letterhead. So now frustrated as hell, i came to this location and what a breath of Fresh air. This location has a * great staff *helpful * caring because they were in the network with the villa park they were happy to help me cancel.. they were essentially disgusted in knowing how i was treated! and they were fully aware how bad service gives all *planet fitness a bad name and reputation. I noticed this club to be nicely equipped and clean as well. The manager at this PF * Reese, was amazing and very empathetic could of not been more helpful.. Its guys like this that *WILL ALWAYS CAPTURE MY BUSINESS. And for what its worth Planet fitness is a great deal, but their managers and staff will make or break the business. I thank you for your help and will return after my scheduled surgeries. Thank you so much!!
