I ordered two pizzas for delivery. When the delivery guy arrived late, he said that he forgot the pizzas! He had to go back to the store to get them.
Update: I provided the information that the owner requested, but there was no response.
Update: After more than two months, the manager, Laly Guzman, sent me an e-mail offering a credit or refund, and directed me to call the store. I called. They could not find the order, and they refused to take a message for Laly.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was delivered at the wrong address. The driver said would be getting another pizza in next 15min,however, didnt receive any. Upon calling to the store the employee said no order has been placed and if needed they would reprocess the order. This is so frustrating and disappointing that we are just waiting for our food and starving. This is so disgusting.
