This shop installed the wrong type of spark plugs for my engine, which caused damage and cost me over $700 to fix. Clearly they were trying to save a few bucks as they used the cheapest spark plugs they possibly could, but because they were not compatible with my engine they went out very quickly, caused cylinder misfires, and burned out ignition coils. Don't bring your vehicle here if you expect the correct parts to be used.

Worked for Ron, and pep boys for about a month after finding out my dad was having health issues i was forced to move out of state, I spoke to the store manager Ron about this and was told transferring was a option on the table, talked to the area manager (Dan) and was told Id do what ever I can to help you. Shortly after both of those conversations I was told I was being let go at the end of a Saturday shift. That Dan wanted to fire me immediately. But the sad part is both looked me in the face and lied to me. And one of those claims to be a veteran and wore the same uniform I wore once and claims to stand for those same core principles but theres no honor or integrity in site with this company what so ever. They will use you and act like they care but they dont. Especially Dan, the area manager is a liar who should hold no place in leadership. While the workplace is super toxic as well. Where you can Techs who are handicapped and get bullied by the store manager in front of customer and vendors that come in the store. Over all Id avoid working for this company all together. There was no point where I enjoyed working for this organization or the leadership in place.
