They cut my daughters hair uneven. Some pieces left behind are still full length despite getting about 6 inches cut off. Hair is uneven by half an inch to a full inch as well as the few that are 6inches longer

Had a great haircut and experience with Karissa and Aisha as my stylist however Keith doesn't seem to know how to cut women's hair properly as he butchered my hair because he rushed through it. However, he does seem to be a great barber for men

I understand some haircuts are better/worse than others, but this is the worst experience I've had to where I felt the need to leave my first Google review ever. I came in solely for a bang trim because I wanted a more professional look than just doing it myself and I asked the stylist to cut them to right at my eyebrow level. However, they still proceeded to cut them to over 2-3cm above my eyebrows, which is a substantial difference to anyone who has ever seen bangs. I have had bangs for over a year now, so I have seen various correct methods to trim them through videos and other stylists doing it for me. But this person just took scissors and cut right across -- no angling of the scissors, no texturizing, etc. The worst part was that the comb they used had a dirty, musty smell like they had not cleaned it in a while, so I had to immediately go home and wash my hair to get that smell out. I still paid and tipped because I really don't like to cause conflict, but I just wanted to leave this warning for others.
