        My visit was a failure. Speed, for a food court downtown during lunch hour, is crucial. Especially when restaurants arent particularly busy. Waiting 55 minutes for an order from Hawaiian Bros is simply unacceptable. Food quality wasnt up to par either. Long wait + tummy ache in the office = failure. Ive had delivery nightmares from both this location and the one on Sedgwick. Nice concept, but inadequate service and execution will steer my business elsewhere going forward.
