The Apartments at Lincoln Common

Had a quick move from Boston to Chicago and they made it so easy! Beautiful complex and the views are stunning. Ana was an amazing help and made sure everything was perfect. Everyone here has been so helpful. Glad I choose to live here!!!

I toured Lincoln Commons last week with Ana and I am so glad I did. Ana is pleasant to work with, she's patient and really made me feel welcomed at Lincoln Commons. Ana's great with communication, touring and answering my many questions. Grateful I got to meet and connect with her to visit Lincoln Commons.

I lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. This building is managed to perfection - thank you, Lincoln Common team, for being so diligent, hardworking, and thoughtful! Special shoutout to North Tower doorman Oscar -- he is the best doorman I have ever had and was so nice and punctual during my entire residency. The amenities are amazing, the building is always sparkling, the management is on things before you even think of them, and everyone is incredibly kind and well trained. Already moved into my new building and am feeling the pain of not having as excellent a team as Lincoln Common. 10/10 apartment experince.

Our experience with Lincoln Common Apartments has been unbelievably rewarding! Nothing but the best! We were looking for an apt for our daughter in the Lincoln Park area for about a month. As a mom of 3 grown children, and a daughter who just graduated from college who landed her first job in Chicago, my number one priority was the neighborhood to be safe with parking. I stumbled upon Lincoln Common Apartments on Google, and made an appointment with a leasing agent named Karen. I cant say enough positive things about Karen. She has made my daughters transition to moving to Chicago nothing but the best. From our first tour, to endless emailing back and forth she has taken care of everything as if she was her Mom. My husband and I are so grateful for her. We fell in love with Lincoln common Apartments. The staff and building is impeccable. The neighborhood has everything at your finger tips. Its just incredible. Her apartment is bright and airy with the windows and the amenities are everything a young adult could ever want. We are so thrilled. Karen and her staff are amazing. After three weeks of my daughters move, I can still pick up the phone and count on Karen S! So grateful!
