        Great building and great management team. Enjoying my time as a resident (4 years+). The staff is very attentive and friendly. I enthusiastically recommend anyone looking to move to the Wrigleyville area, to have this residence at the top of your list!

        I was lucky enough to call Addison and Clark home for the last four years! This building truly is such a great place to live! From the moment we moved in the front desk staff, maintenance guys, leasing office, and residence were so welcoming and kind and that is still true today. Ive never come across an apartment building that comes together like this building does. You can be as involved as you want, but if you are looking for things to do and people to meet this building makes that so easy to do! I have made some of my best friends living in this building. I am going to miss the great amenities this building offers, the fun neighborhood, and the amazing people who live and work in the building! I cant recommend living at The Residences at Addison and Clark enough!

        We have lived at the Residences at Addison & Clark for over a year and have been very happy with the location, amenities and especially the staff. Oliver and Alexandria are kind and consistently over exceed our expectations with their prompt replies to our questions, concerns or needs. The front door staff are consistently friendly, helpful and caring. The maintenance crew and cleaning are great, too. Our building is quiet and so much fun living so close to Wrigley! We love living here!

        We just wanted to write a short note commending the great staff at The Residences at Addison and Clark. Alexandra and Oliver were outstanding in handling our lease, especially as it was all done long distance with us in Denver! They were even more inviting, kind and helpful when we arrived to move in. LaTanya at the front desk was such a bright light after a long drive. It was raining and without her logistical help, our experience would not have gone as well. Everyone there made us feel so welcome and that our decision to choose The Residences at Addison and Clark was the only choice to make! Thank you all!!
