She pays attention to detail and truly demonstrated the value of the building and my new home. I could not be happier with my new place and will certainly be advising my friends to move here as well.

Great experience at this building. Staff is very friendly and helpful, building was renovated recently so everything is very modern. Also, building has a 4 pipe hvac system so Im able to be comfortable in my apartment year round.

Alexa Selfie Booth Rental
We love doing Photobooths and 360 booths for this building, fantastic location and great amenities. Highly recommend renting here!

Used to love living here. Door staff and maintenance is 10/10 Management 2/10. 1. Constant turnover No idea who is ever in the office. There was a time period where my phone call and emails went unanswered. Then I got a call back about a call I had placed weeks ago. I was like I resolved my issue on my own.. thanks for nothing ? For luxury high rise (the price tag is luxurious thats for sure ..) 3. New email sent out that dogs must use back entrance only. I explained that asking all dogs to use one entrance and exit is asinine and a lawsuit waiting to happen when inevitably dogs will get into a fight in small space. 4. They claim their dog run is cleaned twice daily. Its not and its disgusting . No one picks up after their dog. The community uses it as well. Its not a private dog run. My dog refuses to go inside of it because its disgusting 5. Safety. I dont want to use a back exit especially early in the morning or late at night. I want to use the main entrance where there are lights. I tried to explain these issues to management but they either are dense or they dont care. Theres plenty of nice buildings in Chicago. Unless this one changes its fine I wouldnt reccomend . Edit: Response Slightly delayed response is fine. Weeks to response is unacceptable. The dog run is NOT cleaned twice daily because no matter what time you go past it its covered in feces. The run is not only for building residents. Its used by the neighborhood -maybe thats the problem. You ask we go through the emergency exit. Without proper lighting and the hallway has blind corners (dog run ins will occur if you cant see what is coming up) .or you want us to walk through the parking garage (hello accident waiting to happen) Enforce the rules but be logical. I did speak to your office and was met with absolutely no compassion or willingness to discuss the issue. Edit 4/2/24 I just tried to email the email they asked me to email to try to work towards a compromise. The email address wont allow people to email them. Brilliant minds who work here ! Im glad leasing season is upon us so future clients can see how they care about their residents. The geniuses who run this building need an award! Clearly the response was just a face saving tactic with no real intention of working towards a resolution. Edit 4/4/24 After speaking with their resolution team its obvious they have no intention of working towards a compromise. They keep singing the same tune & making excuses. They did mention other solutions are too costly- interesting considering how much they like charging for rent.
