        RCA is such a unique place and honestly its so beautiful! I really enjoyed the tour and immediately fell in love with the open layout of my soon-to-be apartment. The entire leasing team was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions. The application was also very quick and easy to fill out. A huge thank you to Tania, Graciela and Gus from the leasing office for making sure I had everything I was looking for in an apartment!! I honestly wouldnt have been as calm as I was without all their help. Shoutout to the 24 hour security at our front desk too!

        I applied to one of their apartments, paying a total of $140, which they say is refundable. After waiting for three weeks, they rejected my application despite the fact that I have perfect credit and make way above their income threshold. Now, they don't want to return my money. People, take care with these company.
