This was my first apartment in Chicago. I was new to the area and my leasing agent Kelly, just happened to be dining at a restaurant I worked at and recommended this place. It has a great location for daily needs like a grocery store, gym, dry cleaners, public transportation, and restaurants all of which are easy walking distance. The apartments are basic units, no thrills attached, but everything works and I never had problems.

I had a tour scheduled to view a 1BR at 5pm. I waited outside an extra 20 minutes in the cold for my leasing consultant and he never showed. I never received a call/text/email being informed of the cancelation. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer reach out to PPM.

Working with Planned Property Management has been an awesome experience for me. Tess and the agents had tons of options prepared for me and were very friendly. I ultimately ended up at 3510 N. Pine Grove and love living here so far. Great neighborhood and building, and my cat Mittens and I couldn't be happier
