        Cesar is such a great property manager at this location! Always addresses our issues right away. SHOUT OUT TO LEO the maintenance coordinator who is always friendly and kind, and keeps this place in immaculate shape!

        Great location, beautiful building. However, property management is HORRIBLE. Top floor unit flooded multiple times, damaging personal items. Multiple emails to property manager - no action. In fact, the question was ignored time and time again. Avoid Southport Lofts if at all possible.
