This is for Tim. It was a sweltering summer day, and I had to figure out how to install an air conditioner unit I bought in my window. The problem was, the window was too small for the unit. I was very frustrated, but let the management (Tim) handle the job. I come back home from work, and voila, there's a working air conditioning unit! It somehow worked out. I am not sure how he did it, but it is blowing cool air and the window is all sealed.

I lived here in the recent past for several months. I was surprised to see its currently high rating. When I lived there, it was much lower and the reviews were full of complaints. It seems like they've scrubbed all the old ratings from over two years ago, but this building run by 3L Living has been around for a while. The leasing team was good. But the common areas were horribly maintained. The common kitchen was something out of a horror movie. The power breakers frequently shut off even under normal use. Stairs and hallways were always filthy. None of the pictures you see online were accurate to the actual state of the Ingleside building. The bathrooms were pretty bad as well, especially the mold around the sinks. It's no coincidence that Chicago PD decided to film an episode there, because the building looks like a college dorm where a murder would take place. The regular maintenance was just not acceptable for a large apartment building. The benefit was that I could do a short term lease and it was very cheap. I also didnt have an issue with pests, thankfully. But I would never do it again. I'm posting this review to give potential renters the proper information to make good decisions. Scrubbing away old reviews is unethical!

Tony was an absolute lifesaver today! Went above and beyond to set up my AC when I moved in. Couldn't not recommend him enough!

Tony is the man. He came and installed my room airconditioner. That man should be given a raise!!!! . He is efficient, well spoken, soft hearted and above all hard working. He is the nice guy and knows what he is doing. I would have him on my team anytime anyday!!!!
