River West Lofts

First off, I want to state that we did not end up renting from the River West Lofts. But the only reason was that we found another location that was closer to our work. The lofts are lovely apartments with some gorgeous exposed brick. The floor plans for the apartment made good use of the available square footage. The fit and finish of the features were top notch. And the rental price was "reasonable" for the Chicago area. What really stood out was the level of service we received from the leasing department. Both Terry and Stacey were fantastic. They helped us through each step of the leasing process, and were very forthcoming about all aspects of living at the Lofts. I would highly recommend River West Lofts when considering your next move.

Lived here for 6 years - wonderful, friendly staff, spacious rooms (that are great for cats!), free weights in the gym and a rooftop with an unbeatable view. Location right near CTA is hard to beat and the neighborhood is super walkable, with a grocery store, cafes, and terrific casual dining all within a few blocks.

I lived at River West Lofts for nearly 6 years and loved it. The building is always clean, the tenants are respectful, and the view of the skyline from the roof is unobstructed and gorgeous. The management team is very friendly, they clearly communicate updates to tenants, and are quick to respond to any questions or service needed. I always felt very safe living in the neighborhood, and in the building. My husband and I ended up buying a home recently, but if we hadnt made that choice we would have been very happy to have stayed. We definitely recommend RWL!
