        Overall my experience living in the Sally has been pretty decent. I can say that I am living comfortably, with my only complaint being that the walls are thin so sometimes I hear my upstairs neighbors (thats why I have a 4/5). There were a few issues I had in the being of my lease, but those have been resolved. I want to acknowledge that the communication between management and tenants has drastically improved, and I really appreciate how the building is kept clean at all times. All of this is important in creating a healthy living space for everyone in the building.

        My time living at the Sally has been absolutely wonderful. I never have had the opportunity to live in a brand new building before. The staff at the Sally are truly amazing. The new property manage, Michael, has done an amazing job in communicating with residents to make sure that our needs are being met, and having the shared amenities with the Draper is a really great addition!

        Coming from a different state, moving can be extremely complicated with coordinating everything. If youre looking for a nice location in Chicago with access to major stores within walking distance, top tier customer service and response turn around time, updated appliances and the luxury of an updated heating and cooling unit, The Sally is the place to be. Since moving Ive probably been a menace to maintenance and Tyler the property manager but theyve addressed every question, comment and concern professionally and with urgency. I love my unit and wanted to make sure I gave the team and the apartment the proper acknowledgment they deserve.
