Tailor Lofts Apartments

The best apartments in the area! Especially for UIC students (5 min walk to campus) The best part of living here is the safety of the building, and also the location. The front desk staff are so nice and I really liked the guest check in system. Ranna in the leasing office is super helpful and caring and will make sure residents needs are met. Definitely Recommend!

I just moved to chicago from Arizona to these apartments for an internship. The staff has been super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Every other place I called gave me a hassle or simply did not want to help. But the staff here made my experience moving from a different state so much better. Amanda, Kathleen, and everyone else on the leasing team and security work hard to make sure everyone has the best living experience at tailor lofts! The apartment and amenities are great. The low ratings are not an accurate representation of this place. I definitely recommend if youre a student or have an internship to live here.

Unfortunately, I found one of the receptionists at the front desk to be consistently rude and unprofessional towards myself and other residents. I believe that this is not in line with the high standards of service that Tailer Lofts Apartments aims to provide. While I understand that everyone has bad days, I think it's important for management to address this issue and ensure that all employees are held to a professional standard.
