Building in Maywood has a major mold problem. Within a year of living there you will start to experience mold throughout the whole apartment. Maintenance will come out and paint over it. Lived there for more than 4 years and recently maintenance entered my apartment with a less than 24 hour notice. They damaged an item in my apartment while on camera and girls in the office stated to me with attitude and a matter of fact tone that there wasn't anything they could do about it. They questioned me about the placement of items in my apartment trying to put fault on me. On top of it they didnt complete the task they came into the apartment to do. Dont waste your time or your money. They buildiny now has roaches and mice. The maintenance man is their exterminator as well and all he is equipped with is Raid.

Been renting with them for almost a year now and when I first moved here everything was great. Updated modern apartment, affordable, clean and quiet all you could ask for. A few months in neighbors started blasting music full volume I've made several complaints nothing is ever done about it. People have guests over that park in residents spots forcing residents to have to park far away and walk to their units, trash thrown on grown in front of property regularly it does get cleaned up eventually but only adults live here that shouldn't even be an issue. All and all I think they let anyone rent here it feels like I'm living in poverty and that shouldn't be the case. Application requirements should be higher

It's okay. I can attest they answer the phone calls and will have maintenance come out ot needed. My only issue was the people in the building. Be mindful of where you rent when you see people hanging outside. They like to leave front door open,urinate and spit in the hallway. The lady under me plays her music full blast until the next day. I can say they are trying to make it look nice but sometimes it's your neighbors and their company.
