Insurance didnt want to pay for 8K worth of damages, would rather pay out 13 to me. Ok. Do yourselves a favor and go the place @ 14330 S Cicero Ave, not this place, if you want your car back fixed.

Customer service is terrible. I called to see what was taking so long for an estimate to be sent to the insurance. First time someone answered the phone they told me the guy who handled estimates was out and would be back in 30 minutes. I called back an hour later and surprise he still wasnt back. Called back in again and was out on hold for 8 minutes before hanging up and attempting to call back 5 times before having to call from another number and of course they picked up because they dont know its me calling. The guy tells me oh it was submitted this morning, why wouldnt the person who answered the call organically tell me that information? Terrible customer service.

The truth is that I am not satisfied with the work. The truth is that they are not professionals. I speak from my experience. I left my car in this Location #0252 Alsip and the vehicle was taken to another Location #0285 Morton Grove because they did not have space to repair and they never moved it. They told me about it and the vehicle has been there for a month and it seems that the work was done by a person with no experience because the truth is in the car none of the lines on the hood and the bumper were the same and a piece of plastic that had a clip was glued with double masquin tape and The truth is I don't know how there are people whose professionalism is little and the truth is I would never take a car to this company because I think that if I had changed the bumper it would have been better.
