        I spoke with toya on the phone. She was very kind and funny. I was having a bad day and even though i wasn't able to get my insurance that day because i didn't have my full vin she made it alot less stressful. She gave me her extension and i called back the next day when i had the full vin and she helped me. Thank you again toya extension 373.
