I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our team member over the phone. We always do our best to answer questions during a phone call. Like we mention to everyone who calls us, we don't give prices over the phone without inspecting the car first. Our process is always, call or visit our shop to set up the appointment and depending on the issue, we ask our clients be ready to leave their car for a few hours and maybe days to be inspected if needed. There must of been miscommunication because our visual inspections have never been $120, visual inspections are free of charge. I'm not sure what your cars issue was exactly but if the amount of $120 was mentioned, they probably recommended you a diagnostic.. not a visual inspection. With a shortage of technicians and part delays, we do ask patience from our customers who bring in their vehicles. Tecnicentro Automotriz has never been an auto shop that plays guessing games when it comes to fixing cars or rushes cars in and out of our shop. We pride ourselves in doing quality work with every vehicle and offer a warranty to back our work. If you were looking for something quick and cheap, maybe our shop isn't fit for your needs. With that said, I noticed we don't have your name or number in our system so we haven't had the pleasure of servicing your vehicles yet. If you have a change of mind in the future, you know where to call us and book your appointment.
