        We were sat at a table and had to ask the bartender for service after 25 minutes which is no big deal. The manager wanted to provide a free appetizer to make up for the delay which is a great gesture. But instead of comping it, they billed us for the "free" appetizer. We didn't have time point it out and have it corrected as we had a show to catch and it was an effort to any attention. Just a frustrating experience overall with a missed food order, a wrong drink, essentially being ignored by the servers working in the adjacent tables and then to top it off paying $20 for a pretzel we didn't even want.
